Funded by the Swiss Society of General Internal Medicine Foundation, I built a survey of 100 questions on demographics, personal characteristics, and measures of workplace environment and discrimination. Nearly 1000 individuals participated. Our work on the leaky pipeline towards leadership, family planning and health topics has been presented at national and international scientific conferences, led to the supervision of 1 ongoing and 5 completed ongoing Master theses or Medical Doctorats, and so far 5 preprints and submitted manuscripts.
